We led the multiagency consulting team that delivered Heathrow 2.0 - the airport's corporate sustainability strategy. We also led its sustainable innovation programme delivering creative and high impact projects with academic partners, SMEs and start-ups.

We delivered gap analysis and double materiality assessment for Ports and Terminals, and Contract Logistics sites in the UK and mainland Europe. This was to support corporate disclosure readiness (TCFD, TNFD, CSRD) and advise on sustainability strategy and implementation.

We delivered two projects for a European trade association - Metal Packaging Europe. The first circular economy strategy was followed by a decarbonisation/ net zero strategy, both helping to set out the inherent sustainability strengths of metal packaging but also identify areas for further improvement.

As a subcontractor to Safety Assurance Services Ltd we delivered an extensive environmental assessment of the UK MoD’s satellite systems installations.
This was completed to MOD standard procedures set out in their Project Oriented Environmental Management System (POEMS). The work was completed for the satellite project team at Defence Equipment and Systems and involved numerous site visits in the UK and overseas in Germany, Cyprus and the Falkland Islands.
