Founded in 2001 we help organisations grow, build resilience and deliver for their audiences through better environmental and social outcomes. Our work is grounded in the realities of markets, stakeholders and policy – taking an ambitious approach to achieving meaningful change in a pragmatic way.

Originally focussed on environmental management, we have evolved into a highly experienced multidisciplinary team delivering strategy, technical advisory, compliance, standards, stakeholder engagement and projects for a range of organisations and sectors. We work at all levels in organisations - wherever we are needed.

Matt Prescott

Formerly led the climate programme for a UK think tank; Matt has led many corporate sustainability projects globally and spent 8 years in a corporate role as head of carbon strategy. Fellow, RGS, Fellow ISEP. Honorary Professor, University College London.

A director at Iken, Matt also leads our aviation and maritime practice.

Financial, insurance and risk expertise. Former Head of Corporate Responsibility at RSA Group and Vice Chairman of IEMA (now ISEP); Fellow Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

Dr Pete Hemmings

Sustainability practitioner developing best practice climate and sustainability strategies. Experienced in implementation for corporates and NGOs.

PhD in decarbonisation from the University of Surrey. Fellow, Royal Geographical Society.

Laura Mohn

Highly experienced in corporate and business sustainability and stakeholder engagement across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, and food and beverage.

Laura has 20 years of consultancy experience including in the UK and Norway. Laura leads our health and society practice.
